Student Interns Showcased at Summer Festival 2007 

WCM’s summer audience saw the Artist Coaching Project in action as Festival musicians coached four high school Chamber Music students during At Work & Play Behind the Notes, a free open rehearsal event at the Adams Farm. Violinist Tiffany Mack and cellist Owen Goodman of Monticello High School, and flutist Katrina Frost and pianist John Bernstein of Tri-Valley Central School followed up the session with a performance for an enthusiastic crowd.

Student interns – (left to right) flutist Katrina Frost and pianist John Bernstein of Tri-Valley Central School; cellist Owen Goodman and violinist Tiffany Mack of Monticello High School were WCM’s summer interns. The students were chosen to receive private lessons and work in ensemble sessions with WCM’s Artist Coaches during the 2007 Summer Festival.
